STEP ONE: POSITION AUDIT

Defining your Ultimate positioning for success by understanding where you are, where you want to be both business wise and personally, and analysing the gap between the two.

STEP TWO: THE REDUNDANCY TEST

Here we focus on how reliant your business is on you and map your customer journey through the process. We’ll identify which parts are pivotal on you, and then remove you.

STEP THREE: OUTSOURCING

The next step looks at your core competencies. What are your biggest strengths. Which elements of your business can you delegate? What can you outsource?

STEP FOUR: FUTURE PLANNING
AND FORECASTING

Next we look at what the proposed plan will look like for you. How do your finances stack up? We’ll also complete a 3, 6 and 12 month cash flow forecast.

STEP FIVE: IMPLEMENTATION

This is where you start to take action and put the plan into action. We’ll have regular sessions to check in, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

STEP SIX: TRANSFORMATION AUDIT

At the end of the process we evaluate where you are now. What’s changed, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. We’ll look at next steps, feedback and how to move forwards with confidence, clarity and control.
